Since the dawn of humanity, we’ve foraged, hunted and brought home whatever the forest had to offer. We still follow the same instincts, only the kitchens, techniques and flavours have changed.
From Forest to Table celebrates what has long been part of South Estonian food culture: wild ingredients, local produce and each chef’s own creative touch.
From 1 to 15 November, we will serve special 3-course menus featuring at least one forest ingredient in every dish, with much of the rest sourced locally.
Price per person is 32€.
