You are welcome for all day dining at café-restaurant Suur Muna. All food is made of ingredients from within 15 km and produced organically by local farmes.
Usually we have some free tables available for you. But to guarantee for you the best table and your favorite food available we recommend to book a table in advance.
Specially if you have group more than 4 people, we will be better prepared and can guarantee good service if we know in advance when you are coming.

In Suure Muna’s old apple orchard, beside the Spring of Time, three cosy tiny houses now welcome guests and travellers. The houses are named after old Estonian apple varieties, and beside each one grows a young apple tree of the same name.
A Suure Muna tiny house is an authentic, warm and welcoming retreat with all the comforts of modern life. Time moves more slowly here, leaving plenty of room for wandering in nature, enjoying good food, watching films, admiring sunsets from the terrace and experiencing unexpectedly wonderful encounters.

Customers of Suur Muna can enjoy the main fundamental right in Estonia which is high speed free Wi-Fi and opportunity to charge all your electronic devices.

We have plenty of space up to 25 people for seminars, training and you are always welcome to use our premises as your remote office. Following  technical equipment is available for you like data projector and screen, color printer.

Café-restaurant SUUR MUNA (Big Egg) is located in Haanja Nature Park, in the heart of Võru County. The Haanja Uplands, the highest area in Estonia (about 18% of the area lies higher than 250 m from sea level. The nature park (its area is about 17,000 ha) was established to secure the preservation, re-establishment and development of the landscapes and nature communities typical to the Haanja Uplands and also the historically established way of life, i.e. farmhouses spread far apart, small plots of land, pastures and grasslands and handicraft traditions due to poor arable land. Within the nature park there are the highest point of the Baltic States – Suur Munamägi (318 m) and the deepest lake in Estonia – Rõuge Suurjärv (38 m).

With the help of the Terminal charging station, you can recharge your car while you recharge yourself with us.
