Eat. Sleep. Breathe. Be.
In the old apple orchard beside our café, right by the Source of Time, three cosy little cabins now welcome guests and travellers. The cabins are named after old Estonian apple varieties, and beside each one grows a young apple tree of the same name.
From the west-facing terraces, wrapped in quiet, the view opens across the meadows of Magpie Mountain, where buttercups, sorrel and the occasional proud crown of a thistle compete for their turn in bloom. The birdsong here almost never ends.
And yet, you are not entirely cut off from the world. The café is just beyond the apple grove, comfortably within reach should you suddenly find yourself craving a slice of cake, or perhaps something a little more substantial.
